1. Visa

I applied for a one-year business visa in Cambodia in May last year, and it was valid. However, there are different opinions on whether this visa is valid. Finally, my colleague called the Chinese Embassy in Cambodia and said it was invalid. I originally booked to arrive in Guangzhou on the evening of April 3, and there is no embassy in my hometown! Therefore, the passport must be delivered to the Cambodian Embassy in Guangzhou between 12:00 on April 3, and the passport can be obtained at 19:00 before boarding.

I changed my visa, my family helped pack my luggage, and my friend drove it away. I finally arrived in Guangzhou on the evening of April 2nd. The passport will be dealt with urgently in the evening and the passport problem will be resolved.

2. Medical insurance of more than 50,000 U.S. dollars

I have never bought insurance before, thinking that buying an insurance by myself might save money and trouble, but I don’t know what to do. There is no other way, so I got the insurance policy in the picture below, the destination must be Cambodia, and the medical insurance coverage is more than 50,000 U.S. dollars. In hindsight, the insurance usually bought should not have specified overseas emergency medical insurance clauses.

3. Medical health certificate within 72 hours

This requirement is even higher. I first ran to our local city hospital to find a friend to ask for a relationship. What I came up with was an inspection report. It said that 2019COV-RNA was not detected. It was not provided in English. This is definitely not working. So I went to Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital at noon on the 3rd, and there was still no English version. . Finally it was done. The samples were collected at noon, and the nucleic acid test report in English was obtained around 8pm.

4.the journey

When the airline took the boarding pass, a visa, insurance policy, and health certificate (must be in English) were required. One of the passengers quarreled with the airline lady because he did not have the English version of the health certificate, and ultimately failed to get boarding.
